FAQ
First, we would like you to tell us a little about yourself. We would like you to fill out a form in which you will tell about your family and the house where you will raise the kitten, your occupation and whether you will be traveling or not and you need to specify us what gender and specific colour preferences (minimum of 2 colours).
Yes, we have a waiting list. To enter our waiting list, you must pay a £100 non-refundable advance fee. For this, you can use the following bank account or Paypal payment system. The amount you have paid will be deducted from the invoice amount. You should write “waiting list” in the reference part.
It is important for us to make a video call and get to know each other. During the video call, you have an opportunity to see our little kitten with its mother and other siblings around. Since our stud is separated from queens, you will not be able to see him on the video call, but for this, you can watch the videos of them on insights of our social media accounts.
Our cattery is also our home. All our cats and kittens live in our house, so visiting our cattery means visiting our home. Address information will only be shared with families who have entered the waiting list and made video calls for the visit at the specified time. And it is not appropriate to come without an appointment.
After that, you need to fill out the formal documents. First, you need to sign the enclosed sales contract and send it back to us. Then you must pay the £200 reservation fee to reserve the kitten. These fees are non-refundable but will be deducted from the total fee you will pay.
Kittens’ complete socialisation around their 12th week and they must spend 3 months with their mother to become a healthy adult. Thus, it becomes a more adaptable cat by taking the social discipline given by the mother. In addition, the more games the kitten plays with the siblings, the easier it is for them to establish a social bond with other animals and people who are different from them.
Our kitten gets its first vaccination when it is 9 weeks old, and exactly 3 weeks after this date, when our kitten is 12 weeks old, the kitten gets the second vaccination, so the kitten vaccinated twice and has been fully screened by the veterinarian & veterinary nurse. After a full health screening, our kitten is ready for meeting with the new family when the kitten is around 13 weeks old.
It’s best to explain the benefits separately for male and female cats.
Male cats sense the need for mating from the age of 6 months and try to prepare themselves and their environment for this. For this reason, they want to run away from the house to look for a female cat for themselves, if your cat is used to going out, this time he
will start to go further away from your home and sometimes he may not come back for 2-3 days or more. Meanwhile, he can fight with the other tomcats that are bigger than himself outside and become vulnerable to serious injuries. Also, when he goes out, he instinctively become very prone to accidents, car crashes and sometimes bad situations like being locked in the places he enters or captured by the bad intention people because he is only focusing to look for a female cat. During a fight or mating with a female, the chances of catching germs such as feline leukaemia, herpes virus, fungus bacteria etc.. from bites, which sometimes become very fatal or contagious even to you. Apart from this, your cat may acquire the habit of urinating to leave a mark in and around your house, and if the neutering is delayed, this habit can continue after the operation. And a very painful period may begin for both of the parties.
For female cats, the situation develops a little differently. Female cats can become oestrus from the age of 4 months and become ready to give birth depending on her condition, and if they do not mate, it repeats every 2-3 months. Female cats also call for a male cat by shouting quite loudly. And she can keep her mating position also she can poop on different place of your house even on your beds, especially where men sleep. And again, if the sterilisation operation is decided late, this will turn into a habit and there will be restrictions on both sides. In female cats, neutering is very important in terms of preventing fatal diseases such as uterine inflammation, that is called, pyometra or any other cancers, and prolonging life expectancy, in addition to viruses transmitted through bites and saliva.

We recommend brushing your cat’s fur weekly to prevent excessive hair growth. You may need to brush your cat’s fur daily, especially when they weave their winter fur in the spring and prepare themselves for the summer season.
Your cat does not need a bath, your cat’s tongue is its most basic cleaning element. And anyway, whenever she feels dirty, she constantly licks and cleans herself.
People’s understanding of hygiene and cats’ understanding of hygiene are different. So, washing your cat constantly can also cause skin problems. However, we recommend that you wash her instead of brushing her when necessary.
If you clean your cat’s face, ears and nose regularly for the first year, it will acquire the habit of cleaning itself when it becomes an adult cat, and thus you will minimize the development of fungi and viruses.
If you make it a habit to cut your cat’s nails regularly from a young age by applying the reward method, you can cut their nails without any problems in the future.
We do not recommend shaving your cat as our cats have short hair.
